How long does strip and wax take? When can we walk on the floor?
It depends on the size of the area and how many coats it gets. We do it overnight or on a weekend when the room is empty. Each coat needs drying time, and we tell you when the floor can take foot traffic and when furniture can go back.
Can floor care be part of our regular cleaning plan?
Yes. Put burnishing, strip and wax, carpet work or concrete scrubbing right on your routine scope. Each runs on its own schedule. Same manager handles all of it.
Are we locked into a long contract?
The length and terms are spelled out in writing before you agree to anything. Your account manager will walk you through them on the call. Ask whatever you want. No fine print surprises.
How many times a year should VCT get stripped?
It depends on traffic. Busy hallways, entries and breakrooms wear through finish faster than a quiet back office. Regular burnishing between cycles stretches the time between strips. We check yours and recommend a cycle.
What is in a one-time deep clean, and when do we need one?
Everything routine cleaning skips: high ledges, vents, baseboards, door frames, detailed restrooms and breakrooms, and the floors done last. Typical reasons: new lease, lease ending, reopening, inspector coming, or kicking off regular service.
How does electrostatic disinfection work?
A charge goes onto the disinfectant right at the nozzle. Charged droplets seek out surfaces and curl around them. Sides and undersides get coated, the spots a rag skips. Products are EPA-registered and applied exactly per label, dwell time included.
What do you need from us for an accurate quote?
The type of building, rough square footage, number of restrooms, kinds of flooring, how many people use the space and how often you want service. A walkthrough is best. If that is not practical, those details over the phone get you a solid number.
Can you clean while we are open?
Yes. A day porter works around your staff and customers during business hours. Most heavy cleaning and floor work still happens after hours so it never gets in the way. Our crews run at all hours, so we fit your schedule.
